I would like to thank each and every one of you who auditioned for Guys and Dolls.

 

It was a difficult task to choose from such a talented group of individuals. 

 

I realize that a few of you will be disappointed.

 

As I said before, it was a difficult job to choose between so many talented people.

 

Please know that I wish I could have cast everyone.

 

You will need to acknowledge by email your acceptance or decline of the role or roles in which you were assigned. The email address to send your reply is: guysanddolls@bellsouth.net

 

If you ACCEPT, in the subject line of your email type only the word YES. In the body of the email put your NAME, the EMAIL address you use on a regular basis and if you TEXT, the PHONE NUMBER you use to receive text messages. (yes, I know most of you wrote that on your audition form).

 

Also let me know if you will be in attendance on Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m. March 26 for our first full organizational cast meeting. That meeting should be over by noon. During this meeting we will be taking MEASURURMENTS FOR COSTUMES! It is important that you be there.

 

If you DO NOT accept the area for which you were cast, simply type NO in the subject line of the email and your NAME in the body of the email.

 

If I do not hear from you by 8:00 a.m. Saturday morning March 26 then I will assume you have rejected the role for which you were cast, and I will reassign that part and/or remove your name from the list.

 

Don’t forget that our first full cast meeting will be Saturday, March 26 at 10:00 AM in reception room 1 at the WBS Playhouse. Scripts, music and a tentative rehearsal schedule will be issued at that time, along with some additional information.

The Runyonland Characters and Mission Band personnel will be cast from all areas including the men’s chorus, women’s chorus and principal dancers based on need and audition interest.
